I have crashed mavic 3 during flight and have ESC  16100019 error
Please guide me what to do next.

Hello, there. May we know if you are living in India currently? If so, according to India Import Policy, Drones are 'prohibited' except for R&D and defense use. There are no DJI Authorized Retail Stores in India to sell drones. So we cannot provide aftersales services for you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and your understanding is highly appreciated.

1. Remove the SD card and restart the aircraft,
2. If the issue persists after restarting the aircraft, check whether the firmware is the latest version or not.
3. If not, please update to the latest version. And try again.

His question was about an esc error and probably how to troubleshoot that error, not where was he? Not where did he purchase the drone or if he was legally allowed to own it, keep it simple and answer the man's question.

I was testing my air3, flew briljant brought it back home, changed battery, and poof error, i tried all too factory reset and all other options like clearing cache...im lill worried, allso coz i wanna take drone on holidays in 4 weeks
