Hi everyone,

I have just bought a new DJI Ronin - M. Before i installed the app and software into my phone and computer, The DJI work very well without calibrating it. Whenever i switch on , the gimbal will begin to move to it position.

After i have install the DJI software into the mac, and updated all the firmware, the DJI Ronin is not working anymore. After I have try many time plug into the computer, it always ask me to upgrade. It does not save the data in the compute and Ronin. In the same time, my phone DJI app cant detect the DJI Ronin - M too.


My battery is tight enough. everything is good.

What should i do in order to get back my Ronin - M to normal ?? Please help.
