Under a rainbow.....

Sadly I didnt have enough battery left to go closer for a better shot,   also the rainbow was steadily moving so I had to catch it just at the right time above the old Castle tower.

Thanks Mr B.  If there is, then it's in a trench,   as the wind blew the clouds the rainbow panned across the sky.

I did get a full one later

Cheers Depp,    I was lucky to get that,  the rainbow was moving fast and I had very little battery left.   I got a few shots before it reached the tower but this was the best of them.

Oh yes, I'm still bothered by superb footage from Chinooks (un)loading troops over and over again that I deleted.

That one spot of the rainbow is so vibrant-looking with the bright colors, and the composition is spot-on, did you already get the gold at the end of the rainbow? Also, well done with capturing the whole arc in the other picture. Can't remember the last time I saw a whole arc myself.

I never minded constructive criticism but sometimes it can be taken way too far, especially when they are not constructive in nature.  I had a law professor that was always critical on everybody in the class.  He never praised any of our work which made us work even harder.  But he could make you feel 1" tall in a heart beat.

I can but hope,   in the mean time the premium bond results are out next week I think. So that could make up for it.

Its the never good enough mentality that I dislike,  some praise mixed in I feel is needed for morale
