Hi allMy main device to use with Phantom 3 is Galaxy S5

I have been using DJi go app for two weeks with version 1.2.6
Than upgrade arived 1.3  - since than I cant launch DJI go app in camera view .
After clicking Enter camera view - msg pop up  "Unfortunetly , DJi GO has stopped" and than app crash all together.
I have been trying to roll back to 1.2.6  and unfortunelty same results, its not working anymore even with older version ....

On two tables that I have borowed from freind is working fine (tab4 10' and tab 8,1').

Currently only way to fly is with controller no vido and drone setting access  form S5

Where to look for problems - usb? cable? settings ? Did the app change some settings or remove or replace some files on my phone?
I Apreciate for any help.

I have succefully upgrade to newest firmware - still no succes with the app on galaxy S5.

Try deleting the App, reboot the S5 and then reinstall it.. Also make sure you have space fee on the phone..

Try some task killer to stop all background programs what you dont need.
I have too P3P and S5, and noticed at i have 0 problems when using apple ipad air. With android i have always different problems(ex. disconnects and compass errors).

Not good to say, but best result with buying apple.

app was removed few times and reinstalled -  that didn't help
I have reset the phone to factory setting - that didn;t help either
I have tried to remove most of background app from  - kill process in settings - I have left only essential app running ...  and that didn't help
I must be missing something  ...  but I have no clue what ...

If upgrading from DJI Pilot App to DJI GO App you need to delete the DJI Folder on your S5 not just the Pilot App.  To do this download & install ES Explorer from the play store, find the DJI folder and delete it. Install DJI GO and all should be well.  The reason it worked on your friend tabs was that it was afresh install and not an update.

Folder deleted from phone - fresh installation done.
Initial screen shows msg - aircraft connected
When i hit "enter camera mode"  screen turns and app crashed....

At last - problem solved
I have to make hard reset of the phone - not soft reset as I did before
I made complete wipe of the memory to default version of android system.
Thank I have download and update to latest system (only baseband have change?)
And now everything is running as it should
Still I don't understand what cause this DJI GO app malfunction since no phone upgrade was made in between old and new version....
