Buenos días estimados, estoy teniendo problemas con mi dji SPARK. En la app dji go 4, en la barra de progreso, no me indica el tiempo de vuelo remanente de acuerdo al nivel de batería actual. Tampoco me aparece el punto de RTH indicado como H ni me saltan las alertas de batería baja, inlcuso cuando está por debajo de la alerta que tengo seteada (ejemplo 30%).



En la imagen el drone está en tierra, pero en vuelo sucede lo mismo. Alguna idea de qué puede ser?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to sync all of your flight records and please uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 app on your mobile device? After that, please go to General Settings (3 dots) > Aircraft Battery > Then set the "Low Battery Warning" base on your desired option. Furthermore, please take off your aircraft and check the "Flight Time" option and check if you can now see the remaining flight time available for the battery. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
