Hello, I live in ThailandI had a problem when my drone suddenly fell into the water for no apparent reason.

with logs from drone there will be more info to help - what errors did it read before crash
looking on vid it might be damaged propeller, but lets wait for logs

From your log,  propulsion error at 17.4 s. Flight ended  18.8 s.

Follow DJI Tonys advice. Sorry for your loss.

if propellers and drone were pretty young (Your flight logs on attached screen go only to start of this year - but are v. limited, as it's only 25mins flight shown) and free from damage (I hope You do inspect propellers before flight) that this IMHO should be a warranty case.
You did not fly it hard on that video/log, not was it hit with some bird or terrain obstacle - so assuming propellers were ok @ start - they just broke without a reason

little worring is recent increase of cases where propellers broke mid-flight no reason. Which would suggest some manufacturing/quality problems @ DJI. I think it's 3rd or 4th case i see recently about broken prop.
