Anybody know how to change the color of the water into something more appealing? I couldn't figure out how to do it.

If you're running Windows 11 Pro, it can be done with just a few clicks.
Just open the image with Picture Viewer and choose the FILTER option.
There's a limited range of colour shades and options to choose.
You couldn't. for example choose Bright Red or Vivid Purple or Custard Yellow.
I think you'd need an App for that.
If you're on a Mac, maybe there's a similar function?

How about a blue ocean.

Nice overhead fountain shot, my favorite shade is the blue ocean color.

Very interesting shape on that fountain, and cool to see what people can come up with the colors. I think the first one already looked pretty cool, but these follow-ups create even better results

I masked the subject,  inverted it and then used the tint slider.
