I recently bought the Mini 3 with DJI RC Fly More combo. I have an iPhone 15 and I am unable to transfer video or pictures from the mini 3 to the iPhone. I have all firmware updates installed on each device. I have followed the steps located on this thread and several others with no change. My problem is at the actual transfer process. I can get the mini 3 and iPhone connection with the screen displaying the videos and pictures. When I select transfer or download, nothing happens. I have tried and retried several times, also while restarting both devices and walking through the steps very precisely. On some attempts I get a message that says “high interference environment”. I have changed locations, gone outside everything I can think of and still no transfer. Please advise
