I purchased a Phantom 4 RTK SDK last year but due to illness have not been able to fly it, so it has zero flight hours. I tried recently to set it up with my i-pad which did not connect and then with a new controller which also would not connect.

This week i had to use the services of a local expert and he was in touch with your team and even after different file updates it still will not work. It connects but doesnt activate. Can you advise what i can do regarding a repair or replacement please?
