Here is a photo of my Osmo Action 3 mounted on the wing strut of my airplane. The new magnetic/latching mount system of the OA3 is far superior to anything else I have used.  No cage required to have a solid reliable and safe attachment to my camera mounting hardware.  This makes for a much lighter and uncomplicated mounting system that is both secure and quickly accomplished.  My favorite feature of the OA3.
