What is the best settings for video at night?

You need to play around with the settings and see what appeals to your eye.
With the new Go App, there are two new buttons in the camera settings, P and M.
By clicking on these, you can see how the Program setting, changes the values from Manual.
Trial and error, is the best way to learn. Practice will teach you how to use the camera, and it's settings.

There are very few parameters to adjust, so this should become second nature.
Unlike my Nikon D800, where the variables are numerous, and often daunting.

Thanx, hmm would love to shoot video at night here in Sweden.
Well, just have to re-type my storyboard.
