We have a customer who is flying a T10.  This is a brand new drone activated and shipped out with less than 20 flight hours.  It will say "Failed to Upload Task".  It will then prompt to do an internal module update however that also always fails.  The drone flys just fine in manual mode and will sometimes do a little bit of a misson but affter a few flights fails again.  In device management the Drones firmware is displaying 0.0.0.  I can not get it to update.  We have sent him out a new drone/ New RC/ and New batteries.  Showed firmware and ready at our shop.  As soon as he goes to fly in his location on his agras account the Firmware shows 0.0.0 and starts these issues.  We have tried 2 T10s and a T30 same result.  ANY SUGGESTIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED! URGENT needed for spray job.

As you can see it will not allow you to do this action.  We were instructed to replace the Aerial Electronics Module.  This is happening on 2 T10s and 1 T30 we have all tried at this customer's location.  It is either narrowed down to his AGRAS account, Wifi/Internet connection, or Firmware.  Please advise.

It could be related to the Aerial Electronics module. Kindly contact the dealer to check the module. Thank you.
