I have 3 batteries. I charged them all and 2 say cannot take off battery connection error but everything powers up fine. Im not sure what the issue is and im not finding anything really on it. It's a phantom 4 pro v2 and I did manage to update the firmware on it yesterday with a usb cable. included are pictures of the battery numbers if its of any help

Kindly please try to wipe the metal contact pins on the battery or the aircraft with isopropyl alcohol (concentration > 75%) and try again to see if the issue persists.
