hi there to all I have a f450 quad that I use for filming I had a really bad crash and the flight controller stopped working in all but manual mode so I perched a new flight controller set it up through the soft wear and every thing looks good until I try arming the quad nothing happens all the led indications  says every thing is good. But it wouldn't arm no motors nothing any one have any idea

Verify that all sliders of the radio turn to the correct direction when the sticks are moved. I had the same problem and was that, a channel reversed.

Also try calibrating the sticks in the assistant software.
