Hello Everyone,

I have the DJI Mini 3 Pro and am very happy with it.
Unfortunately one of my Battteries is having some issues with charging.... At least thats what I believe.
Does anyone know a possible way to fix this issue?

The faulty battery is indicating the two middle lights and if I insert it into the drone I receive a Battery connection error. The other two batteries are working fine.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try wiping the metal contact pins on the battery or the aircraft with isopropyl alcohol (concentration >75%)? Ensure that the battery is fully charged then update/refresh the firmware with the battery inserted on the unit and check if the issue persists. Also, please provide us the serial number of the said battery via PM so we can check it here. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
