DJI Ronin 4D not recording.

good morning,
we recently encountered a problem with the DJI ronin 4D.
During a production the camera froze and requires to be connected to the dji assistant 2 for activation.
All camera functions are active except for the ability to record.
As indicated by the warning, we have tried to activate the camera from the application but it gives us a network error thus preventing the activation of the product. We are using mac system, we are connected to the cable network, the application is updated to the latest version.

How should we behave to make the camera work again?

1. If possible, please replace the computer for activation and firmware upgrade to see if it is the same.
2. If it is still the same, please provide us with the DJI Ronin 4D body and X9 gimbal camera Serial Numbers information.
3. Please provide us as well screenshots of the firmware version page of the DJI Ronin 4D body screen for further analysis.
