I am sure that some time ago I saw a short set of lessons among the DJI dcumentation.  I'm more-or-less happy with my control in GPS mode but now want to start on ATTI mode flying.

Can anyone point me to the documentation, assuming it is not a figment of my aged imagination?

l think it's only linked to the P2 docs, so it'll talk about S1 and S2 switches. But the flying guide will be the same:

Thanks ... but that takes me to a page in Oriental (?Japanese?) script.  Couldn't find anything on the P2 doc pages either ...

The OP needs to search for:

Phantom Pilot Training Guide - Earning Your Stripes V1.1

As CapitAn pointed out, it's actually for the Phantom 2, but the practice "lessons" still apply to your Phantom 3 if you take it out of GPS mode.
