I would like to know if both my RC's can be linked to same I1, So if flying the I1 with one RC the other person with second RC could take control of the I1 ?

I don't believe you can do that with the second remote.  The second remote is used to control the camera while the first remote flies the I1

Yes I do know this but what if the first remote was shut off and it went into go home mode then turn on second remote and take back over ?

No. The remote has to be bound to the aircraft. The second controller is bound to the first controller, not the aircraft.

That is what I am saying can two RC's be bound to one inspire, like bind first rc as master turn all rc and inspire off then do it again and bind second rc with inspire as the first one is off.
