In the Smart Controller (used with an Mavic 2 Pro), when connected an external monitor through the Smart Controller HDMI port, it is possible to  select the HDMI “duplicate the screen option”, and see in the external monitor the same that it is showed in the Smart Controller Display

  

  

If we set the HDMI “camera View Option”, it is possible also to see the clean “Camera view” in the external monitor (without the telemetry/fight data), and see the flight data only in the Smart Control display.

  

  

However, when using the “camera view option”, if we maximize on the Smart Controller display the map to full screen; it happens that on the external monitor,  the camera screen goes super small in the bottom left corner and nothing but black on the rest of the external monitor screen.

  

  

In summary, in the Smart Controller with an external monitor, we can get a camera view or map view on both screens, but not one on each screen.

  

  

My question is: Is it possible in the DJI RC Pro (used with a Mavic 3 Pro), when using an HDMI external monitor,  maximize the map to full screen view on the RC Pro screen, while we keep the clean camera view in the external monitor?  

  

  

Or by the contrary the DJI RC Pro has the same above explained problem than the Smart Controller, when maximizing the map?

Only options are mirror the RC Pro screen, or mirror the screen without telemetry overlayed. No option to have a different screen display like Map View while RC Pro has Camera View displayed.

Regarding to your concern, per  confirming with our engineer team, when connecting the controller, whether DJI Smart Controller or DJI RC Pro remote controller, to the external monitor, it can show the "Camera View" without the OSD information, which contain the flight data and map, but it is unable to achieve your concern for full screen the map in the controller screen while remain the full sized camera view in the external monitor.
