I'll be visiting Phuket for a vacation and was wondering was are the rules and regulations on bringing in my P3 into the country both at the airport and in the city/island. Thanks

I lived there years ago.  I would doubt there are any restrictions. Just don't fly like a d-bag and they shouldn't bother you.

Tell them you bought it at Pantip Plaza in Bangkok if anyone does say anything. Worst case, they will tell you to stop flying if you are annoying people, that's all.
