Hello,

I recently damaged my mini 3 pro gimbal and ordered a replacement gimbal. I was able to install the replacement gimbal and am currently getting the followind codes

Camera not calibrated 10016
Gimbal IMU data error 40021

The aircraft flies but the gimbal sits at a skew and I get a gimbal motor overload warning after a little bit.

My searches have indicated replacing gimbals requires a roll back or parameters change. Is this correct? Can you help? Thanks.

Have you recalibrate the camera and the gimbal, since replacing the gimbal?

sadly you need access to the DJI diagnostic software to pair the gimbal and drone together,     best just to let them repair it they are very reasonable cost wise and usually they send you a new drone.

Please provide a screenshot of the error message in question. Additionally, you might attempt the following troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be isolated.

1. Please go to Settings-Control-Gimbal Calibration.

2. Please go to Settings-Safety-IMU Calibration.

Note: If an SD card is installed, try removing it before calibrating.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try to restart the gimbal and calibrate the IMU. If the issue persists, we recommend you send the drone back for inspection.

Hello Hardip Dankhara. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. According to India Import Policy, Drones are 'prohibited' except for R&D and defense use. There are no DJI Authorized Retail Stores in India to sell drones. Simple consultations is available but aftersales repair service cannot be provided. Hope for your understanding and patience.
