Hello my app from android crash always if I click on the editor button to edit video´s.For the rest, everything is working fine on my samsung fold 4 Android version 13.
How can I fix this problem.
I test this with version Android DJI GO 4  V4.3.54

(1)   Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended). Hard restart the mobile phone.
(2) Check the App version, if the app is not the latest version, then it is recommended to update the app to the latest version.
(3)Download from the official website.

Hi. Sorry for the late response. Are you still having the same issue? May I know the model of the phone you are using along with the Go 4?
