I broke my gimbal unit and now i can throw it away only because of one cable.
The dji support dont want to help me. They say i must buy a new Gimbal unit ((


can somebody help me fix my problem?


It was not a crash the cam fell of down the stairs and after that i become the "gimbal motor overload" error, then i wanted to check the functionality of the motors and then this thing broke in 2 pieces.
I only gently check clearance of the motors but it was to much.

Check ebay and do it yourself. it shouldn't be too hard. And check youtube for tutorials. Research is key.

I did, but only found the cables for the Phantom 2 Vision.  

Anyway thx for the reply, I am grateful for every kind of help rly dont wanna spend again so much money 2 buy the new unit and additionally it is a waste to throw a good 4k cam away.

I bought one on Amazon.ca as well as both plugs & a gimbal mount plate

Ok the DJI Support gonna ship me the needed parts.
I am rly surprized about this.

I just posted something about this on a completely different thread where I am in the same situation.I just needed a part and I can fix it myself. So they just sent it.  I love this change of strategy for DJI
