Hi there. When a battery is powered off and stored, it will deplete at a low speed, as is typical for lithium batteries. It may over-discharge when its battery is extremely low and remains idle in storage. To ensure that the active materials within your battery are in good condition and to extend battery life, it is recommended you discharge the battery to 40% - 65% in case it will not be used for 10 days or longer, and store it in a dry and cool place (22°C-28 °C). Charge and discharge the battery completely at least every three months. Have you already tried using a different cable or check your power outlet? Please keep us posted. Have a nice day. https://support.dji.com/help/content?customId=en-us03400006549&spaceId=34&re=US&lang=en
I recently purchased a Mavic 2EA, slightly used, it came with 3 batteries, one was in the drone and had some flights on it, the other two were still brand new, in the box, factory sealed and everything. One of them charged right up no problem, the other one won't charge at all. Using the DJI single battery charging cable that came with the drone, not a hub. I read somewhere, you should turn it on via short then long press, even though no lights come on, wait 5 min. then put it on the charger and don't touch it until it lights up. I've tried that several times, still nothin, no lights or anything. Would DJI still replace it since it was new in box, or do I just have dud?? |
