My friend just bought a Phantom 3. When he install the battery and turn on the battery it bip constantly withou stopping and will not be able to fly . It never flew. At the beginning he try flight simulator, is pilot did not recognyse the battery and send him a message of do « not reconize the battery

I am a french spoken person what does RMA means sorry for my ignorance. I have 3 batterie do you think I could « polute » one of mine If we try to put it in?

Un RMA c'est «Return Maerchandise authorization» . Habituellement le support technique te fait remplir un formulaire pour retourner la pièce défectueuse . Ainsi ils ont l'information nécessaire à l'arrivée de la pièce défectueuse .

Pour ton idée de tenter de faire une mise à jour de la batterie à partir de ton Phantom , pas certain que ça fonctionnerait . Mais pour celle de prendre une de tes batteries pour faire fonctionner le Phantom de ton ami , tu pourrais ainsi confirmer si c'est la batterie ou le drone  .

Tu es de quel coin ?

Je suis de Matane

Nous avons finalement réussi à soigner le bobo, on a laissé le drone bipper pendant plus de 30 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'il reconnaisse la batterie. Ouf

En passant si vous noyez un drone dans l'eau douce je dis bien complètement noyer il y a de l'espoir j'ai ressuscité le mien
