After hitting a low hanging branch, my phantom 3 crashed I've got some repair work to do, but the main concern I have is the battery. It is blinking all four lights and the red button light is staying solid. It won't turn off and won't respond to anything. The battery info page on the DJI App shows 0% battery life and a temp of -273 C and shows "critical battery warning" What do I do and how do I turn this battery off and reset it?
I am not qualified to tell you what to do in this case that is for sure. But I can tell you what I would do, I would not leave it in my phantom. I would not leave it sitting in my house either especially if it felt hot to the touch. I would pull it out for sure. And sorry for your misfortunate accident.
That battery is unstable I personally would place outside in a safe place away from anything combustible perhaps in metal bucket of sand and wait and see .Hopefully it will discharge its self.Mean while contact dji technical for advice
