To anyone living in the SF Bay Area/San Jose Area...they just opened a DJI Authorized Service Center/Store in Santa Clara!! It's a franchise of Drone's Plus. The guy there is really nice and seems knowledgable. Its right next to Aero-Micro (another RC/Drone store) on Duane Ave. Check them out, he says they will be carrying most of the DJI accessories within a few weeks.
they dont want to honor their warranty. I bought one from lv. the guy was really nice but a few days later my phantom had a glitch and fell out of the sky. refused to repair it even though i was promised a 10 day warranty after opening. I would not shop from them. They say anything to get the sale.
Really?? I was in the store last week, and he sent a DJI Inspire back for warranty while I was there in the store. It was mangled/damaged pretty good. I think that sort of thing depends on the employee, not the store. But, they are a new store, so time will tell...
