it is a scam a lot of people from india are doing they put in a fly away claim with dji but it is not a fly away they hand over the drone to one of their friends to sell all the while bound to their account they later receive a new drone from dji later someone like you buys the drone finds out it is bound the seller sold you a bound drone now the crime is done and you contact dji get them to try to unbind you tell them the story they always like robots say only original owner can unbind you tell them the story 50 times how you have been scammed and they repeat only owner can unbind you request for them to ihelp and get owner to give permission to unbind you finally get owners contact info from dji you make the call and find out the owner is now bribing you for his drone back and money for unbinding while he already received his replacement and now he wants the drone and money for unbinding so the owner is behaving and doing criminal behaviour bribing me who just spent $330 cash to buy a drone of fb maketplace what a mess dji needs to stop supporting this fraud djoi care refresh insurance fraud is what this is so obvious now you got drones sitting around unusable bound to thieves accounts who take advantage of dji great dji care refresh and because they are not feeling the impact of this crime against their products yes it sia crime for a great drone you buy as your first drone nw to the hobby and buy second hand and get ripped off likem thus it is not good whiule dji says they protect their clients yes but are they not listening to me when i say they clients are committing fraud against them with fly away and stolen drone calims just like business owners going bankrupt and setting their business on to file an insurance claim same mindset dji has to be decisive and in cases like these needs to unbind drones for innoccent buyers of second hand drones new that is nebies coming in to the hobby, not spending $1000 plus on their ffirts drone, but a second hand $200-700 on fb marketplace so yeah this is the scam that these scum mers are doing to us the buyers and dji grace dji refresh care insurance system pass this to dji get them aware to stop giving free drones to clients they think they are protecting when infact they are the ones who are biting the hand that feeds them in other words dji the maker of these drones.
