I guess in my situation DJI support might not be technical on the chat or phone but dealing with refunds/replacement, I have no problem.. I have been having an issue since week 1 after firmware update that it losses video feed but everything works, after providing the hidden log file they decided to refund even if I asked for a replacement only for a working one..

yep, I rather want a refund than a repair..
