Hello community,
   I am considering buy the new Air 3. I only have the Avata at the moment and looking for a more traditional camera drone. Disregarding the money aspect and only considering features (new RC controller for the Air 3 vs the 3 lens of the Mavic), which one would you buy??

I hope to start of by capture landscape photos and videos along with some night stuff. Once I get comfortable, I would like to capture more action shots. I might consider doing some professional level work as well.

You said money is no issue then of course the mavic 3 pro duh. Let's say, air 3 and mavic 3 pro are same price,  since you said money isn't issuse here. What do you think people will go for? No Brainer lol. Mavic 3 pro have better camera, also it have the 7x which the air 3 doesn't. It can also zoom in 28x if needed. Air 3 uses same camera from a mini 3 pro. Even air 2s have a better camera than air 3.

Mavic 3 pro, overall quality of the micro 4/3 camera will be the best in its class.

If size and weight is no concern, definitely go with the Mavic 3, Pro or Classic. Same main camera the pro has two telephoto lenses. If money is no problem, get the RC Pro. The best controller out there right now.

The Air 3 sensor is a new stacked design that enhances both its rolling shutter performance and dynamic range. Although it retains the same sensor size and resolution as its predecessors, this shouldn't be mistaken for similarity; its advancements are noteworthy.

As to OPs question -- the Pro 3  variable aperture is huge benefit for photography
