I have just bought ProRes Cdng license but I cannot connect to the inspire 3, all the latest firmware and software. I have tried 2 macs and 1 PC

Is there any other way to activate with my code? I need to shoot in Raw this weekend

I was in the same boat as you before, I realized that there are 3 usb-c outlets on the I3, you need to plug the wire into the right one

I'm running into a very similar issue. I cannot get the drone to show up on the Assistant 2 app to install the Raw license. Can you send a picture of which cable is meant to plug into a computer and which usb-c port to plug into the inspire 3? I've tried multiple cables and every ubs-c port

1. Unknown Use (the manual list it as an "Expansion Port" but then does not mention it in the "Expansion Ports" section, FAQ is specific that it is USB 2.0 port)
2. 4G Cellular Module Port
3. Assistant Port (Firmware and License)  

As far as I know, if you are in the US (or anywhere outside of China) port number 3 is the only one you will ever really use for anything.
