Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Can you please upload the original footage on the SD card via Google Drive and send the link here so we can check? In addition, please try to back up all the files on your SD card and please reformat it after resetting the camera settings then have a test flight to further isolate the issue. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

To me that looks like shadows cast by the propellers, or possibly reflections off of them.

You have the sun in back of props and the shadow is syncing with FPS/SS....decrease FPS and SS with a ND filter, change gimbal angle when filming, change drone angle versus sun.

thx, will be waiting to see what you guys find.
Also, not sure if this is related but i have noticed that my drone jerks back and forth when starting to move at a minimum speed from a hover. I will try to get it on video.
