I am looking at options for remote chaging a DJI Intellegent Battery Case.

Does anyone have any recomendations or advice on minimum size output i need

Hi there, for your reference, the specs for the BS60 Intelligent Battery Station:
Input:
Voltage: 100-120 Vac,50-60 Hz/220-240 Vac, 50-60 Hz
Maximum input current: 10 A
Maximum input power: 1070 W
If you may prepare an additional power supply to charge the BS60 Intelligent Battery Station, check the power supply’s input voltage, and then select the corresponding input power.
If the input voltage is between 100 and 120 V, the input power range should be 750~1070 W.
If the input voltage is between 220 and 240 V, the input power range should be 992~1070 W.

Output:
TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery ports: 52.8V, 7A*2@100-120V, 8.9A*2@220-240V
WB37 Intelligent Battery ports: 8.7V, 6A
Output power:
100-120 V, 750.0 W
220-240 V, 992.0 W

We may not have a recommended generator but you may refer to the specs requirement above, thank you for your understanding.

Yes looking at that and just balancing cost against a few others - though always thought honda genies are much superior in the long run.

We run one off of a 1000W Bluetti powerbank. It'll go all day charging batteries as quickly as we use them, but needs charging itself overnight. Silent and no stink is nice but if you need to go longer between access to mains AC then a genny is the way to go, and Honda def makes good 'uns..

Hi Patium,

i was keen on a Powerbank as evades need for petrol/noise.  we do a bit of mine site work and brining a petrol generator would cause its own level of endless forms etc.

Very helpful to know a BS60 Intelligent Battery Station can be charged up for a day via a 1000w powerbank.   can i check if you have the Bluetti powerbank being charged on solar to last the day?

Since you asked for details I double-checked to make sure I provide correct info. We have the Bluetti AC200MAX

It is actually 2200W/2048Wh. We use it often to run multiple parallel chargers for P4 RTK and M2P, and also for the M210 V2 (TB55 battery) equivalent to the BS60, which we can run for several hours (multiple sets of 8 batteries) on a charge, even without using our solar panels. It should be noted that our charging station is the Volarious modded version. I think typical EOD powerbank battery levels for us are between 20-40%, but this is not always flying full time all day; there is often some transit between sites during which we are charging batteries but not depleting them. I don't think I've fully stress-tested the Bluetti by flying constantly all day to see how long it will hold out (we have 8 pairs of batteries so it could be done), and I have yet to plug our 2 100W solar panels in to see how they extend our charging time.

Anyway sorry for giving slightly inaccurate info in my original response. Hopefully this updated info will be helpful. Powerbanks are generally a bit bigger and heavier than a genny of similar capability, but have their advantages for sure. There are likely better/cheaper powerbanks available now- the Bluetti we have is great but it's a few years old, and this stuff just keeps getting better/cheaper/lighter/smaller.

We also run an Ecoflow battery but with TB60/65 it drains those battery pack fast...and PV won't supply enough. Also the battery pack gets hot...and it shutdowns under heavy continuous load. Bigger battery packs are $$$.

2x TB60 is one Honda...so we run 12x TB60 + Honda generator. We are able to fly "continuously" ( + big fan to cool everything down in summer / heater in winter)

I agree totally that for heavy use/high loads a generator is almost always going to be better than a powerbank (and cheaper as well). But to the extent that they can support the demand, they're great for silent, fume-free charging.

We have the Delta 2...good enough for 1 charge ( TB60 ) but mainly used for accessories ( phone, GNSS, light, ... )  or Mavic batteries.

We have the solar panel but...time is money too

No way it charges all day. I have a setup with almost 3x that amount of battery and cant make it half a day. You charging TB65's?

If you read my response you would see that I was talking about a different but similar charger for TB55s, not TB65s. I was offering experience that might be helpful but not directly equivalent.

I regularly use the Bluetti AC200Max to charge TB55, 5870 mAh  P4 RTK, FB2-3850, and WB37 batteries in various combinations for as long as I've needed during a survey day. YMMV.

Is there any way to input DC power directly?  Seems odd to use a DC pack to AC inverter.  I have an older charger that has an internal 25v66ah pack that will also accept a 50v90ah set of lipos.
