Are you sure nobody will complain? I don't think this is how this crowd rolls. I know the P3P folks are not happy they are not getting 2.7K... For me I was very happy with just 1080.... Now I get 2.7K WOW {:3_57:}

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FLY MY P3 WITH THE NEW FIRMWARE!!!!!!!11!

Works great for me. Like the new feature (flyaway mode).

I loaded it early this morning and everything works as advertised.  The changes made to the Flight Record screen are very cool.

I had the Phantom 3 drone Follow Me on mY SpYder rYde this morning... Awesome.
I like the new App voice too, it's much more human, much like Siri.
Oh wait, I'm using an iOS device. Apple iPad Air 2 64GB Cellular.

Hey Siri? "Yes Master?" ;-)  Do you Follow Me?  "Yes Master."

No 2.7k for pros is really annoying. There is no reason that they couldn't have added it. The gap between the advanced and pro is not that much now, and you could say shooting for 1080p is better on the standard and advance as 2.7k gives you a sharp image with less overhead.  Come DJI look after those that paid a premium and give them all the features!

It also loads backwards so you have to wait while it turns around in the APP, very annoying.

The new firmware changed the color of my propellers.   Now, they are a pink color.  Oh, by the way, did I mention?  Because I had to wait so long for the new updates, I fell into a state of deep depression, and reverted back to my childhood of complaining and crying to my mom.  

Addition of 2.7k made my P3A bigger, and now it won't fit in my backpack! Also, the new firmware won't work with my rocket launchers, and when I go above 400 feet, it automatically sends an e-mail with my name and address to Canada Transport.

How do you know p3p will not get 2.7k. Have you heard official word that this is the case?

In anticipation that the new firmware will brick my P3P, I phoned DJI customer service in CA to request an RMA in advance, and nobody answered the phone. I rather like getting a head start on being upset before everybody else gets a chance to. I'm a trend setter, a pioneer, a trail blazer.

Chips man... it all in the chips... and I am not talking the 70s TV show

P3a and P3p do not have the same chips or same number...

I'm sure the P3P Edition will have some cool future upgrades later on, just give them abit of time, can't expect mass changes immediately

How did a P3 firmware thread get moved to the software?

So where are you downloading it from? 6:12 pm here in Australia on 7th September and it's still not available on DJI website. ????

Mine has been saying for days it needs the update and says its downloaded it but wont install it. So have been hanging for it to go up on the website.

So how do you like it???

I have not had the chance to fly since the new FW It's that got to work thing that's gets in the way
