Hi I've a Phanon 4 and all was working splendid untill recently - Now the camera does not respond

Usually when I pressed the circular (red) button to take photo on the ipad it gave me the option for Video - Photo - etc etc etc

Now nothing happens at all

it's obviously a setting somewhere - both i pads have the same issue

anybody any ideas -
