Heya
I'm getting the downward sensor error on my new Mini 3 Pro. It's only been the 3rd time that i've used it. The error appeared for the first time today. I've had no issues on my first 2 flights.

I used the Assistant software to recalibrate the sensors and it fixed the issue.

DONT use a curved monitor it does not calibrate the sensors correctly.

Thanks for your reply! In my case I believe there is a genuine issue with the downward sensors. When trying to calibrate with DJI Assistant 2, it works until I get to the step where the downward vision sensors are tested - I only see black there, the sensors seem unresponsive.

In addition, warranty service can be claimed depending on the result of the Damage Assessment.

The same is happend to me the downward sensor error on the left it look that is stock inside and the light that is on the photo is actually red is not white I don't know why it look white but all this happends because I accidently crash against the trees
