Wondering if I can save files while recording into external hard drive directly by using USB C cable connected in case the micro SD memory card not being inserted.

This would be a very useful feature - considering you can get a 2230 NVMe SSD in a very small enclosure these days, it would be handy to be able to connect this to the USB port and have content captured straight to the drive. The drive can then be connected to a computer, saving fumbling about with a small MicroSD.....

If the Pocket 3 supports high bitrate storage on external SSDs, many users may abandon mirrorless.

DJI doesn't seem to have realized yet that what they've created is a holy sword.

Yup, saves having to fiddle around with the tiny mSD card. You can switch to your editing computer immediately
