Hi ,
I think I read somewhere if you live within a restriction zone you can get DJI to remove the unlock feature for you? I live about 5mins from a football ground and each time I put my drone on in my house I have to unlock it!I literally cannot even fly the drone in my house or back garden without having to go through the unlock process every 24 hours.
Does anyone know how to get it unlocked permanently?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. For flight safety concerns, it is not supported to unlock the DJI Drone permanently. If you are currently residing within the Blue Authorization zone, there are 3 ways to unlock it:

1. Unlocking the aircraft when on-site by verifying the phone number in the DJI APP. The license is valid for 1 day.
2. Requesting the unlocked license via Zone Unlocking request on flysafe website. The unlocking license is valid for 3 days.
3. Requesting the unlocking license via Custom Unlocking request on flysafe website. The license can be valid for 1 year maximum.

Thanks for getting back to me, only just read reply as I've been away. I tried the one year unlock but the zone is not restricted as I thought, it is an authorisation zone.  Is there a way not to have to authorise every day just to fly my drone? I live in an authorisation zone and any authorisation only lasts 24 hours.

My application keeps getting rejected because it says DJI does not restrict in that area, yet every 24 hours I have to go through the unlocking process with my drone. It is an authorisation area as I live close to a football ground. As I live in this area can't I have permanent unlocking?
