absolutely, we stand ready to defend freedom here in america and will oppose any attempt to interfere with our rights to choose. this isn't going to work; ultimately it will fail. the people tell the government what to do, not the other way around.
It is a bit hard to understand why you need to defend your freedom in the first place, if it is the people that tell the government and not the other way around...
So far this issue has affected the US, India and Israel...
While the US and Israel are dealing only with commercial issue, India on the other hand has gone the Full Monty and imposed a full ban...
So far, the rest of the world has had no need to defend their "freedom"...
If my elected government decides to ban DJI drone from the Commercial arena, in the end it boils down to DJI poor policies to not been able to be transparent with their business...
If you have been paying attention, it has happened to Chinese companies a lot in the past decade..
Surely there are also economic reasons behind, but if DJI didn't give the US the chance to complain in the first place, perhaps the US would have taken a different approach to this issue...
Right here in this forum, some of us are having the same problem...
Several times were asked why DJI controller need to be logged in to function, and never once the true reason was stated...
Several times were asked why there is no detailed changelog for all the firmware and once again, your guess is as good as mine...
DJI record, so far, doesn't really inspire confidence, so forgive me if I believe that most Government agencies are right to be concerned with the bigger picture... |
