Hi, there. We're sorry for the inconvenience that it may cause you. Sorry for writing this in English. For the QuickTransfer problem, please refer to the recommendations below:
1. Power on the aircraft and wait until the self-diagnostic tests of the aircraft are complete.
2. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on the mobile device. Launch DJI Fly and a prompt will appear to connect to the aircraft.
3. Tap Connect. Once successfully connected, the files on the aircraft can be accessed and downloaded at high speed. When connecting the mobile device to the aircraft for the first time, press and hold the power button of the aircraft for two seconds to confirm.
If the problem persists, please follow the suggestions below:
1. Ensure that the mobile phone’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on. Ensure that the mobile/cellular data is disabled.
2. Restart the mobile phone and aircraft.
3. Try to rename the aircraft's Wifi name under "About" and restart it.
4. Please try to start the motor with a remote controller as usual first, then try the quick transfer again.
Kindly keep us posted on the latest progress. |
