Hi all,
in the latest (Feb 2024) update I've read the option to disable the lower sensor, nevertheless I just don't find in the menu.
I had 2 times crash with my Air2 where I had issues to descend through the fog. So this option would be warmly welcome.
Any hints where to setup?

On the RC2, go into the main settings menu, scroll down to the bottom under the safety tab, click advanced safety settings, and scroll down to the bottom again, theres a blue switch labeled Vision Positioning and Obstacle Sensing . It's hidden a bit, likely for good reason A great feature for the use you mentioned, but I'd never use it close to the ground...
So:
Settings, Safety, Advanced Safety Settings, Vision Positioning and Obstacle Sensing

Hello there. Please make sure your aircraft, remote controller already has the latest firmware. The omnidirectional obstacle avoidance feature including downward·obstacle avoidance on the Mini 4 Pro can now be disabled by turning off the Vision Positioning and Obstacle Sensing. DO NOT FORGET TO ENABLE AGAIN BEFORE LANDING!!

Tested it out to land with disabled sensors and it can be a very hard landing if you are not really smooth smooth smooth on the stick.

This needs a little nuancing. This is certainly true if you land manually. But as this shows, it seems that the downward sensors are enabled if you use and land through RTH. Not sure what happens if you ask the drone to auto land...

Hi all
I've been asked to participate in taking drone footage during a festival in our city. The producer asked me to remove all the information displayed on the screen as they want to go live on big screens and my RC2 is connected to their system via an HDIM out put connector. It is working fine as a display on the screen but they want me to remove the flight infos and all the info displayed while recording.
Is there anyway to remove all the information display on my RC 2 during recording a video? Mini 4 pro

Isn't that the entire purpose of this to be bake to fly low to the ground?!

hola acá esta el video siguen sin funcionar que puede ser eso fue después de una actualización no se puede calibrar como drones anteriores

algún firmware para recuperar sensores o para calibrar en la pantalla donde se ven las cámaras funcionan todos pero nos e porque detecta que hay protectores  primer vuelo se desabilitan lo aterrizo y vuelo a subir se ponen a funcionar lo bajo y vuelvo a subir y se deshabilitan ayuda

There are two possibilities for your situation, one is that the drone is loaded, and the other is that the drone is at a higher altitude. It is recommended that you try it at a lower altitude, if there are other prompts, please feel free to contact us.

buenas tardes, a mi me pasa lo mismo con mi mini 4 pro, detecta como si tuviera proteccion de helices puestas pero no las tienes y me desactiva los sensores... no he podido volarlo porque me parece algo riesgoso
