I am having the same issues now. I have only flown a handful of times, but on my last flight I got the DREADED DISCONNECTED message on my iOS 6 plus screen. I went through all of the usual steps, different cables, different phone,ipad, Android, etc, updated all the firmware, downgraded all the firmware, completely killed and re-installed the app. Now I cannot even get the "GO APP" to let me past the "HOW TO CONNECT" page.
Sent numerous emails, called the support line and not once have they sent me a response on my emails and they simply disconnect me when trying to call because the call volume is too large. What is going on here? |
