Turning off OA and then flying directly at a tree is pretty much suicide for a drone.  I doubt he'll try to repeat this again anytime soon.

I dropped my mini 3 pro myself and got both front arms broken lol. It cost me 17 EUR to repair them (parts included) in DJI sertvice shop. Not much of a damage.

So it just dropped when turned off, like it didn't crash into something? That's really unheard of

It wasnt even enabled. My drone was on my table and I hit it with matress and it went flying and hit the ground in my room, lol. And break both front arms off, lol.

Now that is a really rare incident

I've broken my drone arm before! Though it wasn't very fun at the moment I broke it.

I agree. All DJI does is delete the posts. It’s not enough. Those people should have bigger consequences.

Oopps.....situational awareness is a culprit in many accidents.  Great video!

I really don't get the idea of turning off OA, flying against a tree and expecting to avoid it???? The whole video I was expecting to see, how OA is on, but not working correctly, but with OA off the result is easily predictable - drone crash.I'm more interested to see crashes with OA on, now when trees already got leaves....Mini 4 pro was out, when the trees were stripped, now they are getting leaves, I wanna see all these youtube crash videos repeated now in the current season. For me OA is working flawlessly till now, ok, I've had few situations when my hearth skipped a beat and my finger was on the pause, but maybe I'm too scary comming from mini2
