The header of my forum page indicates that I have 5 PMs.
When I click on this, I'm shown my System Message page.
There is an entry there, "Upgrade to your user group".
Nothing happens when I click on that.
Could someone explain?

Not sure about the PMs. I show 21, no clue. As for the message, it is a statement to you, meaning when you joined you were "upgraded" to that user group. When you get to a certain number of credits you will get another message that says the same thing, only this time the upgrade is to "registered member".

Glad its not just me that's confused by the PM (2) messages and the "upgrade" text that no amount of clicking on will open.....

Has anybody else gotten an "app remind" in their window?  
I posted a note about it in the Forum Service › Report an Issue but never got any response.  Today it finally disappeared but I don't know if that was from anything I might have done or from one of the forum admins doing something.

I've got 6 App reminds now?? No unread PMs.

There is currently no option to PM another member. This feature might be implemented at any given time.

Here's two for starters:

Pick some members, make 'em moderators so they help with the spam invasion

Switch off the verif code for those in higher user groups. nyone with say, 100+ posts is highly unlikly to tuirn into a spambot are they?

If you need any help or advice please ask, I have been running internet fora for years, the two I currently own have a combined membership of close to 200,000 members.
