Hi
I got the ronin RS4 pro and they changed the autolock system! Now my heavy camera flip very fast every time I turn the gimbal off and one of the arm have a colition with the gimbal..

Fix it fast please or find a way to disable the autolock! I don't want to break my camera!

The way to autolock on the RS3 pro was perfect!
Thanks

Dear support, some findings to the current firmware:

Change of joystick speed does not work from the DJI Transmission left handgrip. The Ronin screen shows the change but flips back to custom speed.

When FPV mode is custom to Pan follow only, the mode change from the DJI transmission stop working, The Ronin stays in Custom.

When Camera ISO/shutter/Aperture are changed from the DJI transmission the front wheel control mapping switch over from focus motor to Bluetooth/USB. Please fix that the Ronin sticks to focus motor control.

Please make all 3 modes again able to customize like it was in the RS2. Again only FPV mode is able to customize. Pan&Tilt follow mode is fixed.

Thanks Bernd

I own Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K (full frame) the cable connection isn't working, only bluetooth works. I prefer using cable instead to preserve camera's battery.

You can change that behavior in settings -> Auto Lock. I would recommend Recenter and Lock.

Hi
Having similar issue with the Blackmagic user but with a different cam.

Have the canon R6 MkII and am only able to connect and control the cam using bluetooth, and loosing focus pull functionality (focus motor used to zoom)

Would be nice to have the cable function enabled/ full bluetooth control (similar to most sony cams)

Thanks

I had rs3 pro with sony powered lens used to zoom in and out with front dail. Very bad decision to disable it and use the joystick for zooming. Dji needs to improve the new product not to make the buyers regret buying the new one or thinking about switching to another brand. Very bad move . Not to mention the hard and fast folding auto lock. I wish I didn’t  upgrade and saved my money.

Hey, I've bought DJI RS Intelligent Tracking Module.
I updated the app and the RS 4 Pro firmware.
I've plugged the tracking module into the RS 4 Pro and it seems to be working fine, except the gesture functions.

How can I connect my Canon R6 Mark II to the gimbal to be able to control it?
Connection via Bluetooth only allows for triggering auto focus and uses more battery.
I cannot capture photos, start/stop recording video, control the focus/aperture/shutter/iso.
Gestures don't work, because gimbal can't control the camera.

I tried plugging the camera control cable into the USB-C port on the Tracking Module, but that didn't work.
Where should I plug the camera control cable to make it work properly?
