The 5 day forecast here is for low 90s, clear skies, very light winds and NO rain.  I don't want to jinx our weather here but seems like we are finally getting back to normal weather patterns.

That's awesome. Weather is getting better here too. A little rain thursday but the rest looks good.

Your weather sounds great also.  I never minded the occasional rain but where it rained everyday for 10 days straight was getting old in a hurry and mostly because that was followed up by days of gusting winds.

The winds usually only the Mini 3 Pro.  I've not had problems with the Air 2S, Air 3 or the Skydio 2+ but the Mini 3 Pro does tend to get blown around a bit on gusting days.

It is a beast for its size but the motors and props can only fight so much and then it's time to RTH.  On the other hand the Air 2S fights the wind really well.

I feel like the Air 2S is y goto drone. It's just the right size for all occasions. Good pics and fights wind well. But I only have a mini 2 sor the small stuff.

I took the Skydio 2+ out for a spin yesterday to film at a practice motocross event.  Drone tracked perfectly but it appears that the SD card went bad as all the files were corrupted when I put the card in my laptop.  I ordered two new SanDisk SD Cards this morning.

It was just a practice so nothing major was lost.  The main motocross race is coming up weekend before memorial weekend.  I'll have two new SD cards by then and formatted and well tested by then.

I'm hoping it will.  Unfortunately, I'm hearing rumors that the organizers are requesting a TFR for the hours of the race.  It is a bit strange as they don't have an issue with filming practices but not the actual race.  I'm guessing it has something to do with their TV contract.  Oh well, if true, it was a great idea while it lasted.
