Yes, I noticed that now there is no delay when the image from the drone’s camera appears when turned on. Many people had a black screen for a long time.

By the way, another question about the firmware; previously, DJI drones required updating all batteries. I haven't done this for a long time now. DJI please explain.

Perhaps that's only necessary if the update also affects the battery. Or DJI has improved the update process so that it's unnecessary to update each battery individually.

My experience with the other DJI drones is it's only an occasional thing that the FW update is relevant to the battery.

This is true for modern drones, but I have a Mavic 2 that required a battery upgrade every time it was updated. I had all the minis from 1 to 4 and mini 1 required this every time.

I had the Mavic Air, Mini 2, Mini 3 Pro and now the Mini 4 Pro and the battery update was not always required. However, since the communication by DJI whether an update of batteries is required or not is not good, I always check with each battery to not run into issues when going flying.

Not all updates include updates to the battery firmware.  If you observe the drone during an update you can usually spot a battery update being applied if you see the battery LEDs flashing strangely during the process.  If I recall the middle two battery LEDs blink in unison?

This is interesting information, never paid attention to the battery lights.

If you don't have any problems, you don't have to update, there are no new features.

There are so many administrators on the forum that sometimes several administrators answer one question at once. But no one answered the current and important question with the drone firmware with the difference in Fly and Assistant and in the profile topic. DJI what's going on with the firmware? Why don't you answer pressing questions?

I noticed that I now have a P-Mode displayed on my LED RC2 Remote instead of it displaying N-Mode like it used to. On the display when I switch to C-Mode and S-Mode it corresponds correctly. Switching to N-Mode it will display on the LED screen Normal Mode but, upper left of RC displays P-Mode. It's annoying and bothers me but, I see no changes in operation. Also now on my Profile in the app it displays my Distance and everything in Meters when I have the RC and Drone set to Imperial.

The issue with the P Mode is known and already occurred with v01.00.0400. The 0500 version, as it seems, has only reached Serg SSA.

The problem with P was not caused by the drone's firmware, it was a bug in Fly and was fixed in version 1.13.1

This worries me too. Perhaps errors were once again discovered in it and removed from distribution. But I managed to update... I have a filming trip coming up and I’m already thinking about rolling back the update, this is possible in the Assistant.

Several of my friends learned about the new version from me and also managed to update.
DJI’s silence is surprising; they are very active when they insert the standard answer “your message is very important to us...”

There is no new Fly for the RC 2 remote control, only 1.13.0

I'm with RC-N2 https://www.dji.com/bg/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly , 1..13.1 is available since friday, I was joking for the russian part, sure it's not this one. But really strange, DJI admins keeeping total silence on this, almost 24 hours already

For N 2 and for RC there is Fly 1.13.1 but not for RC2.

Three days have passed since I installed firmware 1.00.500 And here I am the only one... There is no firmware in Assistant and Fly, what did I install.
Administrators are silent here on the topic and do not respond to personal messages. Why are such administrators needed???
