Hmn. Not much kerb appeal to that one. Well-appointed interior but with a lot of refreshing to do. A foot on the property ladder for a first-time buyer, perhaps?

It needs lots of work but it's worth about 1.8mm. because of it's proximity to NYC. A contractor will probably pick it up,renovate and rent or sell it. 4 Apartments at $3500 per month each would make that money back quickly, Not my cup of tea, but to each his own.

Ah yes, the Big City divide.  Same in the UK.  Homes in central London fetch ten times what they might in other parts of the country.

It's reaching the point where youngsters starting out will never be able to own their own homes outright.

That's what I keep saying. The smart ones have two corporate jobs and are making the requirements for a loan.Without that unless they have parental help, it seems impossible.

Nicely filmed Charles.    I love the wood floors.  With a little work I see quite a bit of income potential or a profitable flip.

Hopefully they will start to lower interest rates and the inflation will stop. I don't know what they are waiting for. The price of food, energy and homes along with the cost of labor is sky rocketing. Sometimes I think they are trying to break the system.

Possibly from outside sources, too. Economic warfare is definitely a thing, these days, as never before.

I realize I''m just not smart enough to figure it out. Everything is so global, even economics is more complicated.

I do. I have an Olympus with a gimbal. But the editing is work and realtors have to pay extra for it's use.

I think pocket video is more easy to edit than stills (at least in my editor)

My son gets a 14% discount through B and H as a cameraman for the college. That would give me $100 of of the creator kit. They are out of stock for the next week. But I am watching it.
