I shot a video outdoor using 1080p 60fs, and forgot the shutter but it was quite high because I had no filters on. Log pic profile and ISO 100
And I view my video on my computer and realize the image quality creative something like, 'moire' 'heat wave distortion', 'noise', 'interference on the image??, It's also like using a phone camera to capture computer screen, the wave...


Hard to explain what it actually is, but when I pause the video, the image looks crystal clear but when I press play again, the problem continues.

If someone knows what my problem is and how to fix it, I would appreciate it.

Delicious JELLO!

Looks like you, sir, need some ND filters to get your frame rate in order.  At 60fps, you want to shoot for around a shutter speed of around 1/120 to allow for that "cinematic" look with just enough motion blur to not overwhelm camera. In bright conditions, you need an ND filter to allow you to drop your shutter speed without overexposing the frames.
