Finally switched over to naza mode after nearly 2 months on phantom mode. Overall I feel happy but still have some learning and remembering to do.

I enabled it almost out of the box as all it does is give you two more modes of flying, and I have been flying my other helicopters in Atti mode and never knew it - lol  The things you don't know - till you know - lol

Yes. Your flight was quite stable and, overall, it seems very good.
From my experience, ATTI could be a bit difficult on a windy day, but it really helps to know it (especially when flying in line of sight).

I have to ask, what that really in Attitude mode (sw1 to centre) or did you simply enable NAZA-M and had sw1 to upper ?

Nice video,  I take it you have a Phantom Vision+ ?

It is, I had a fly around this morning.  Even GPS Lock was drifting bad.  Did not go above 50ft, only used up half a battery - too windy - too cold and forgot to insert my sd card.

Yes its a phantom vision 2 +.  I swapped over to naza via the dji assistant on laptop, both sw1 and sw2 are both in the upper position.

I swapped over to naza via the assistant,  thought that was how it was done? Thought you couldn't swap between the two by remote.

If you have the right hand switch in the top position, that is still in GPS mode, when you center it, that is in atti mode and then the switch on the left side, you can use CL and HL mode.

Nope, you will know when your in ATTI mode, as the copter will drift with the wind.  You will also have to vary power and lift to counteract the eliments. Its something you need to learn, I have short bursts in ATTI then flick sw1 up when its not going my way.

When you switch to atti, do you still see the number of satellites available on the ap?

I am always checking the satellites when flying and when I did this flight I had 10 according to the app.

Switching to Attitude mode does not mean you lose satellites, just that your are no longer using them to maintain steady flight.  Return To Home will still work as will Phantom Mode (if) you push sw1 to upper.

Lose the satellites and the copter will behave like Atti mode with no backup for RTH, thats why you need to practise it.  The problem is the higher and further away you are the harder it is.
